NAIOP Developing Leader members are invited to attend a private networking dinner with NAIOP Board Secretary Stephen Davis. Stephen is the President of The Davis Companies and oversees the management of all aspects of Davis’ activities across the spectrum of its vertically integrated operations, playing a leading role in setting firm-wide investment and execution strategies. Stephen is a voting member of its Investment Committee for each of the active funds.

Prior to his current role, Davis served as a Managing Director in The Davis Companies’ Development Group, overseeing all aspects of many of the company’s ground-up development and adaptive re-use projects. He first joined The Davis Companies in 2009 as an Associate Counsel in the firm’s legal department.

This private event is open to 20 Developing Leader Members and offers unparalleled access to one of the area's top real estate leaders, along with excellent networking opportunities with their peers.
