Stephen is the President of The Davis Companies and oversees the management of all aspects of Davis’ activities across the spectrum of its vertically integrated operations, playing a leading role in setting firm-wide investment and execution strategies. Stephen is a voting member of its Investment Committee for each of the active funds.

Prior to his current role, Davis served as a Managing Director in The Davis Companies’ Development Group, overseeing all aspects of many of the company’s ground-up development and adaptive re-use projects. He first joined The Davis Companies in 2009 as an Associate Counsel in the firm’s legal department.
