Join NAIOP and industry leaders as we highlight the transformation underway in the Eastern Seaport.

The event will kick off with a presentation by Rich Davey, CEO of Massport. He will discuss Massport’s plans for the future and how that ties to economic growth and development in the Eastern Seaport and beyond.

Seth Riseman, Deputy Director of Design Review at the City of Boston’s Planning Department, will then give an overview of the City’s planning efforts in the neighborhood including recently completed and planned projects.

Following the market overview, a panel of developers will share the latest on the projects they are pursuing in the neighborhood. After the discussion, attendees will have the opportunity to tour Ginkgo's Headquarters (23 Fid Kennedy Ave) or 22 Drydock, Vertex Pharmaceutical’s soon-to-be-completed research and development facility. The event will conclude with a networking reception at The Foundry.
