In August of 2022, the Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) instituted a new policy designed to promote diversity within large private development projects in the City of Boston. How does this policy translate into the private sector’s practices? Join NAIOP on May 4 for a webinar with the City of Boston’s Chief of Planning and BPDA Director, Arthur Jemison, as he overviews the policy’s goals, and shares examples of what’s worked – and what hasn’t – in the policy’s first year.
