NAIOP Massachusetts invites NAIOP members to participate in this member-only virtual working session with the Boston Planning and Development Agency (BPDA) regarding zero net carbon standards for new buildings in Boston.

Discussion will center on the recently released draft Article 37 update, which proposes to integrate zero net carbon goals and principles into the Boston Zoning Code. The BPDA will provide a brief overview of the update ahead of a candid discussion with the development community regarding the proposal. 

Space is limited. All registrants will be expected to engage in this discussion and provide feedback to the BPDA regarding the technical feasibility of the proposal, and to share professional experiences with the Agency that will allow for a practical, achievable implementation of the zoning update.
