Join NAIOP for an exciting Space Spotlight at The 105 by Breakthrough – a 263,000 SF research and development facility in the Seaport housing CRISPR Therapeutics. The 105 by Breakthrough is a state-of-the-art life sciences and office facility that meets LEED Gold and Fitwell Certification. With a ground floor designed to accommodate a wide range of community activities including a multi-use innovation space, a thruway for public foot traffic, and a publicly accessible café, the property also features spacious, lab-enabled floorplates of nearly 39,000 square feet. Attendees will begin with a tour of the CRISPR space, followed by a panel discussion and Q&A, concluding with a networking reception provided by Vester.
