Description
Located directly above the Mass Pike and active railroad tracks, Parcel 12 is Boston’s first air-rights project in nearly 40 years. The vibrant mixed-use development will be one of Boston’s most visible projects, bridging the beloved neighborhoods of Back Bay and Fenway.
The project will include a mix of Class A office and R&D space with walkable proximity to MIT and Cambridge, a flagship CitizenM hotel, and a multi-level plaza that will be the first new green space built in the Back Bay in a decade. Game-changing transportation improvements include a new MBTA station, new bus accommodations, and easy access to the newly rebuilt Turnpike onramp. Efficiency and environmental sustainability are key components of the project. It includes one of the first high-rise electrified HVAC systems in Boston and is pursuing triple gold certification with LEED, WiredScore and WELL.
