Join NAIOP for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes program that brings together the full development team behind one of Boston’s most dynamic mixed-use environments for an in-depth conversation and guided tour experience.

Dave Martel of Newmark will moderate a dynamic panel discussion with speakers representing every stage of the development process:

• Kimberly Kelly, Gensler
• Cody Klein, OJB Landscape Architecture

They’ll explore the strategy, collaboration, challenges, and decision-making that shaped the project - from early concept and capital investment through design execution, construction delivery, and activation of public and private spaces.

Following the discussion, attendees will break into small groups for curated tours of key spaces, including the 2 International Place Lobby, IP Commons, Fort Hill Plaza, and 1 International Place Lobby, offering a firsthand look at the architectural detailing, public realm enhancements, and amenity-driven design elements. The program will conclude with networking and cocktails at the exclusive Aries Club where you can explore the immersive technology center, F1 simulator, podcast room, wellness suites, and so much more.
