Description

Join NAIOP to see the first phase of the new Enterprise Research Campus (ERC). This exciting new project will transform a historically underutilized and vacant site into a vibrant urban district. The ERC will be a hub for creativity, exploration, research, and culture. With over 7 acres of land, local restaurants, and retailers, the ERC will create a dynamic Greenway with 340+ apartment units, a hotel, conference center, and cutting-edge lab space for research and development. The project is also a new model for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in its planning, design, capital formation, and procurement. Hear from two different panels of experts to learn more about the project's design and development followed by a tour of Harvard’s Science and Engineering Complex and a cocktail reception.
