Join NAIOP for the first Space Spotlight of 2024 at Millennium Partner’s Winthrop Center. Attendees will start the evening by hearing from the team that developed and designed the project, which includes The Offices at Winthrop Center, the largest Passive House office building in the world. Following the panel discussion, attendees will have an opportunity to tour The Millenium Residences at Winthrop Center, which includes 26,000 sq. ft. of live/work amenity space including two fitness clubs, a competition-length indoor swimming pool, sweeping outdoor terraces, and The Collective, a 25,000 sq. ft. office amenity space. The event will conclude with networking, food and drinks in The Collective, featuring food & beverage curated by Chef & Restaurateur John Fraser.
