Join NAIOP for our first Space Spotlight of 2023 at the Boston University Center for Computing and Data Sciences. The Center is state of the art in every way - striking architecture, innovation in sustainability, and interior spaces designed to facilitate collaboration. At 19 stories tall and over 345,000 gross square feet, the Center uses 31 geothermal wells, state-of-the-art shading, triple-glazed windows, and numerous other features to make it the University’s first 100% fossil fuel free building and one of the greenest buildings in New England. This event will provide a behind-the-scenes look at how the project came to be, what makes it unique, and important lessons learned for future development projects.
Cancellations must be received by 5:00 pm Friday, March 3rd for a refund. Please contact Debbie Osheroff, osheroff@naiopma.org.
