David Townsend of Newmark will kick off the program, sharing insights into Kendall Square's continued evolution, from new development and investment activity to the strategies shaping the district into a vibrant destination that extends well beyond the traditional workday. Following the keynote, a panel discussion will explore how developers are working to create a dynamic mixed-use environment that supports innovation, fosters community, and activates the neighborhood throughout the day and into the evening.
