The 2023 Boston CRE Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Summit, presented by the CRE DEI Collaborative, is an opportunity to join industry professionals to share insights and strategies on how to meaningfully advance DE&I within commercial real estate.
The CRE DEI Collaborative first convened in 2019 to host the Summit to foster collaboration, continuity, and impactful action on DEI initiatives in the commercial real estate industry. During this year's Summit, we will:
- Hear more about the CRE DEI Collaborative, spotlighted in a recent article in The Boston Globe.
- Gain insights from Scott Brown, Executive Vice President, Lincoln Property Company, Kevin Bynoe, CEO, UHM Properties, Jessica Hughes, Managing Director, Tishman Speyer, and Joe Ritchie, Head of Diversity, Tishman Speyer, who have effectively integrated DE&I within their organizations, moderated by Pratt Wiley, President & CEO of The Partnership, Inc.
- Participate in an engaging session led by Taidgh McClory, Founder, THM Advisors, and Michelle Landers, Executive Director, ULI, focusing on the Urban Land Institute's 10 Principles for Embedding Racial Equity in Real Estate Development, which will present a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on your company's DEI initiatives.

What is the CRE DEI Collaborative:
The CRE DEI Collaborative is a convening of the leadership of 10 of the region’s commercial real estate industry trade groups, along with the national Real Estate Executive Council. The goal of the CRE DEI Collaborative is to foster collaboration, continuity, and impactful action on DEI initiatives in the commercial real estate industry in a meaningful and scalable manner. The Massachusetts organizations involved include:
