Join NAIOP for an exciting Space Spotlight of the Hines South Station Tower – a 51-story, mixed-use tower in the heart of downtown Boston. Anticipated for delivery in 2025, the first phase of the project will offer approximately 685,000 square feet of state-of-the-art Class A office space as well as approximately 166 luxury residential condominium units. In addition, the project includes significant public investment through the completion of the South Station Transportation Center, which will improve connections between all modes of transit and create an architecturally significant gateway to Boston in the new train concourse area.

Attendees will begin with an overview of the project with the development team, followed by site tours, and a networking reception at Mintz’s office at One Financial Center.
