The 2021/2022 legislative session was historic in more ways than one.

Throughout the past two years, NAIOP's advocacy team has represented commercial real estate on a wide range of issues - from continuing our work in pandemic-related policymaking to ensuring CRE was represented in discussions spanning climate change, economic development, housing and more. At the same time, NAIOP was at the table for numerous statewide regulatory updates and a stakeholder in many local initiatives before the City of Boston. 

Join NAIOP's Vice President of Policy & Public Affairs Anastasia Nicolaou to learn more about our advocacy agenda - and what we're planning for in 2023. The program will kick off with a keynote from the City of Boston's Chief of Economic Opportunity and Inclusion, Segun Idowu, who will overview Mayor Wu's first year in office, and the City's plans for the future.
