Over the course of the past ten years, MITIMCo has continued to invest in Kendall Square through the development of transformational housing, office, and lab projects. Vibrant new developments dot the skyline while bringing open space, infrastructure improvements, cultural attractions, and amenities to one of the most innovative neighborhoods in the world.
Join NAIOP to tour 314 Main St., 165 Main St., and 238 Main St. to learn more about MITIMCo's future plans, including the development of the Volpe site.

3:30 - 4:00 PM: Registration and networking at 314 Main
4:00 - 4:30 PM: Presentation on Kendall Square past, present, and future
4:30 - 6:00 PM: Walking Tour including 314 Main (office), 165 Main (residential), 238 Main St. (lab)
6:00 - 7:00 PM: Cocktail Reception at 238 Main St.
