Environmental due diligence is an often overlooked, but critical path to understand risk, financial underwriting, and environmental compliance and sustainability. This comprehensive training course on Environmental Due Diligence for Real Estate Transactions is designed to equip commercial real estate professionals to navigate this vital aspect of the asset investment and development process. Participants will delve into the fundamental principles underpinning environmental due diligence, recognizing the environmental consultant’s pivotal role in framing the safeguards for investments while fostering environmentally responsible ownership and development practices.
