NO WALK-INS - SOLD OUT - Fenway Walking Tour
Tuesday, August 2, 2022 (3:00 PM - 7:00 PM) (EDT)
Description
The Fenway is many things to many people – it’s home, work, a night out, and a respite for thousands of visitors. Its evolution over the last three decades has been driven by a neighborhood vision built to honor its roots while also investing in people, culture, and the building blocks of what makes a neighborhood great. The Fenway is a hive of interest and industry, alive with world-class events, dining, public art, shops, and groundbreaking innovation. Parking lots have turned into parks and open space, new retail and restaurants bring energy to the street. No wonder its growth is outpacing both the city and state nearly 2:1.
Join NAIOP to learn more about WS Development’s plans for Fenway Corners and to tour Samuels & Associates’ most recent projects, including Pierce Boston, Backstage at The Verb Hotel - the country’s first and only urban trailer park, and an overview of office and life sciences in the heart of The Fenway. We’ll start the afternoon at the city’s most iconic sporting venue, Fenway Park, and end poolside with cocktails and small plates from Hojoko, the Fenway’s very own rock 'n' roll tavern, located inside of The Verb.
No bags over 5x9x2" are permitted inside the park.
