Gary is a Senior Managing Director at Greystar Development Services, overseeing new development projects and expanding the pipeline across Massachusetts, New York, Northern New Jersey, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont. He also leads Greystar's life sciences investment platform in Boston. While at Greystar, Gary has capitalized over $3B in vertical development, led the creation of 3,500+ multifamily units, 2,000+ student housing beds in Boston and New York, and developed two million square feet of speculative life sciences and 400,000 square feet of speculative industrial space in Boston.
