As the commercial real estate industry works to expand Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, some firms have led the way by making DEI a core aspect of how they do business. Join NAIOP as we hear from industry leaders who will share their strategies and actions to create and sustain an inclusive culture in their companies– as well as lessons learned along the way. 

The panel discussion, led by Linda Dorcena Forry, Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion & Community at Suffolk Construction, will teach attendees how to develop and implement DEI strategies using best practices, and unpack how companies in commercial real estate are thinking about DEI on a local and global scale.
