You're invited to join NAIOP for our first holiday party since 2019! It’s a great opportunity to kick off the holiday season by connecting with colleagues and friends across the industry. NAIOP is also proud to partner with Heading Home to hold a Holiday Gift Card Drive. The event will begin at 5:00pm with a brief year-end Annual Meeting where members will vote in the 2023 NAIOP Massachusetts President Patrick McMahon of Federal Realty Investment Trust, as well as Board members with terms expiring in 2025 and the newest member of NAIOP's Board Management Committee, Melissa Schrock of Hilco Redevelopment Partners.

We will also be presenting the NAIOP Massachusetts Chapter Awards, honoring members who have had an extraordinary impact on NAIOP’s work over the past year. This year NAIOP Presidents Award will be presented to Michael Murphy of Fidelity Investments and the NAIOP Government Affairs Champion Award will be presented to Greg Sampson of Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP. We hope you can join us for festivities and fun – it’s an event you won’t want to miss.
