Bob Dorfman has a distinguished track record in structuring and closing innovative financing transactions. Since 1979, Bob, as an agent and principal, has completed approximately $1 billion in financing for corporations and real estate developers. Bob founded Dorfman Capital in 1990 and currently serves as its President and CEO. He was formerly Managing Director of Investment Banking at Advest, Inc., a regional investment banking and brokerage firm, President of Dorfman Securities, Inc., an NASD broker dealer member and Managing Partner of Crescent Capital Company, LLC, a venture capital firm.

Bob received a BA from Tufts University and an MBA from Boston University. He grew up in Worcester, MA and services his clients from Boston, MA.
