The industrial sector is being redefined in real time—expanding beyond traditional warehouse and logistics models into a dynamic ecosystem driven by advanced manufacturing, robotics, defense, and breakthrough technologies.

Join the Commercial Real Estate Development Association for a forward-looking program that brings together developers, investors, and end-users to unpack the forces reshaping industrial real estate. We'll explore how emerging uses—from lab-adjacent manufacturing and robotics to defense and “tough tech”—are influencing site selection, building design, and capital allocation.

Travis McCready of JLL will kick off the program with a keynote offering a high-level perspective on current market conditions and the trends driving this shift. He will then moderate a dynamic panel featuring Quentin Reynolds of The Davis Companies, alongside additional voices spanning advanced manufacturing, logistics, and end-user demand.

Together, they’ll provide timely insight into where the industrial market stands today—and where it’s headed next.
