Title: Associate Attorney January 2022 Bradley & Associates, P.C. is seeking an Associate Attorney with approximately 1-4 years of commercial real estate experience for a unique opportunity to join a boutique law firm with a big firm practice. Bradley & Associates, P.C. is based in Boston MA and represents major real estate investment management clients throughout the entire process of real estate investment management, including fund formation, acquisition, financing, development, leasing, asset management and disposition. Essential Responsibilities The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of commercial real estate, supporting Senior Associates throughout the process of acquiring, financing, leasing and selling commercial real properties all over the United States. As one of the key team members, the Associate Attorney will need to carry out the following important responsibilities: • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and revising lease documents, letters of intent, offers, purchase and sale agreements and other commercial real estate agreements; • Drafting and negotiating corporate, LLC and partnership agreements, joint venture agreements and related documents; • Reviewing and preparing title commitments, policies and dealing with all title and survey matters, including review of title related instruments and surveys; • Comprehensive understanding of commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing; and • Collaborate with the team members, receive guidance and support from all attorneys in the practice, and interaction with clients. In addition, the Associate Attorney will have the opportunity to assist Attorneys with respect to corporate and regulatory matters. Required Skills The Associate Attorney should have excellent writing and communication skills, project management and interpersonal skills. The Associate Attorney should be able to demonstrate a professional demeanor with strong work ethics. Solid organization skills with the ability to meet deadlines while working independently is critical. Licensing and Educational Requirements The Associate Attorney must be a licensed Massachusetts Bar Attorney with approximately 1-4 years of commercial real estate experience.
