Navigating the Permitting Maze: A Crash Course on Permitting in Massachusetts
What does it take to successfully navigate a development project through the permitting process? Find out at this virtual in-depth educational workshop (over the course of two half-days) where some of the real estate industry's foremost experts will provide a close look at the ins and outs of environmental review and permitting in Massachusetts.
Instructors will introduce permitting basics, as well as more complex issues, such as:
- MEPA
- Article 80
- Community Building and Stakeholder Engagement
- Wetlands and Natural Resource Management
- Chapter 91 Licensing
- Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation
The workshop will conclude with a discussion of the development landscape, and how to navigate changes.
