With wellness, sustainability, and luxury top of mind, One Congress is a one-million-square-foot, trophy office tower located in the heart of downtown Boston offering Class A office space and world-class amenities with unrivaled views and visibility. Through a visionary partnership between Carr, National Real Estate Advisors, and The HYM Investment Group, together with a group of renowned consultants, this dedicated development team has successfully introduced Boston's next office icon. One Congress is designed by the internationally renowned firms Pelli Clarke & Partners and CBT Architects and, at 600 feet, has made its mark as a new fixture in the Boston skyline. Hear about the project from Tom O'Brien, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Partner, HYM, and Ryan Quick, Vice President, Carr, followed by a tour of the building and a cocktail reception.
