Join NAIOP for an exclusive tour of Raffles Boston Hotel & Residences, the first Raffles property in North America. The 35-story Raffles Boston features 146 luxury high-end residences and 147 hotel rooms with a three-story sky lobby, five restaurants and bars, including a sky terrace lounge with stunning views of Boston and an 18th floor speakeasy, and a Guerlain spa with a 20-meter pool. Attendees will hear from Jordan Warshaw, President Of Noannet Group, Gary Saunders, CEO of Saunders Hotel Group, Eric Poretsky, Senior Managing Director of Cain International, and Gary Kane, Principal of the Architectural Team, on the history and design of this project, followed by a tour of the property.  The evening will conclude with an elegant cocktail reception at the Blind Duck.
