Join the Commercial Real Estate Development Association for an in-depth discussion on the evolving landscape of hospital and medical office development across the Commonwealth. Blake McLaughlin, Managing Director at Newmark, will showcase a market-driven perspective on healthcare real estate. Drawing from active projects and current deal activity, Blake will explore where development and redevelopment are occurring, key submarket trends, and how investor, owner, and tenant priorities are shaping hospital and medical office projects across the region.

Then, a moderated panel discussion led by Mahmood Malihi, Co-President at Leggat McCall, will bring together industry leaders representing brokerage, ownership, and hospital system planning.
