Step Into the Future with NAIOP at the 2024 Walking Tour, highlighting what the future holds for Charlestown, Boston’s oldest neighborhood. The Tour will be held at Hood Park, a former dairy manufacturing complex that has been transformed into a 20-acre vibrant mixed-use campus.
Guided by the BPDA’s PLAN: Charlestown, new investments in open space, retail, historic preservation, cleantech, and diverse housing options are underway in the neighborhood. The event will kick off with a panel of leading developers who will discuss how they are investing in the future of the community. Attendees will then tour Hood Park where they will check out four distinct properties including:
Attendees will also tour the Public Art Garden, which showcases local and international artists. The event will conclude with a networking reception at Urban Wild.
