Join the Commercial Real Estate Development Association for an exclusive walking tour of Kendall Square, one of the world’s leading hubs for innovation, life science, and mixed-use development.

The program will kick off with a broker overview and panel discussion. Speakers will share insights into Kendall Square's continued evolution, from new development and investment activity to the strategies shaping the district into a vibrant destination that extends well beyond the traditional workday.

Following the discussion, attendees will break into guided tour groups to explore the neighborhood firsthand. Discover how a mix of cutting-edge office and life science projects, residential developments, activated public spaces, retail, dining, and community programming are transforming Kendall Square into a true live-work-play environment.

5:45 – 6:30 PM: Networking Reception
