Join NAIOP for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at the transformative Enterprise Research Campus in Allston — a hub for innovation, collaboration, and entrepreneurship — built by Tishman Speyer and Breakthrough Properties in partnership with the Harvard Allston Land Company.

Attendees will hear from key members of the project team and take a guided tour of the newly completed Phase 1, featuring:

  • The brand-new Atlas Hotel, complete with a restaurant, meeting space, and rooftop bar with exceptional views from the Zakim Bunker Hill Memorial Bridge to Fenway Park
  • The Residences at Verra, a 343-unit residential building, including 25% affordable housing
  • State-of-the-art lab facilities at One Milestone
