Explore how developers, architects, marketers, event professionals, and tenants work together to create vibrant destinations that draw people in and foster a sense of community, before and beyond development. From activating sites before buildings are even complete to developing year-round programming that keeps properties energized long after opening day, panelists will share the strategies behind successful place-based experiences.

Together, they'll discuss how thoughtful design, creative programming, community engagement, and strategic marketing can transform a development into a destination that benefits residents, visitors, tenants, and the surrounding neighborhood.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to experience firsthand how placemaking is helping shape the future of Suffolk Downs, one of Greater Boston's most transformative mixed-use developments. Following the discussion, continue the conversation during a networking reception at Twisted Fate Brewing and take a tour of Amaya, the 475-unit residential building on site.
