NAIOP Developing Leader members are invited to attend a private networking dinner with 2026 NAIOP President Melissa Schrock. Melissa is the Executive Vice President at HRP, where she leads the mixed-use development team. She is responsible for a 5 million square foot development pipeline of mixed-use and innovation projects across the country including 776 Summer in Boston; a 19-acre redevelopment in Alexandria; and the Innovation Campus at the Bellwether District in Philadelphia.

Before joining HRP, Melissa Schrock was the Vice President of Development at BXP, where she oversaw a range of urban, mixed-use redevelopment projects in Boston and Cambridge. Prior to BXP, she worked at Samuels & Associates, managing several major mixed-use projects across the Boston area.

This private event is open to 20 Developing Leader Members and offers unparalleled access to one of the area's top real estate leaders, along with excellent networking opportunities with their peers.
